recoSUNDAYtion #6

Hello everyone, :D

Here it is, my sixth recoSUNDAYtion post. ^^
School has started again and I already wrote two tests this week, BUT I actually still really had a great week.

Amsterdam

I have been to Amsterdam last week but I didn’t mention it in my last post and that’s why I wanna mention it here.

Amsterdam is such a pretty city. We did a boat tour which I really enjoyed and we went to ‘Madame Tussauds’ which I also really, really liked. :D
Amsterdam is well-known for being a ‘bicycle-city’. We also had our bicycles with us and I really only can recommend to at least lent yourself a bike once if you visit that city. ^^

You only have to pay attention because many of the people drive very fast and don’t really show any consideration toward tourists. xD
All in all I would recommend you to visit this city, BUT if you want to visit the ‘big’ museums like the ‘Anne-Frank-Haus’ or the ‘Van-Gogh’ museum you should already book the cards month before on the internet because otherwise you have to wait in ques for hours. :o

Seeing my friends again

Yes, it is sad that school has started again and I definitely would prefer having holidays, BUT I actually was so happy to meet all my friends again.

It is true that you also can meet them during the holidays but there always are some who are on holiday and who don’t have any time. :o

School is a very easy way to meet all your friend at the same time and *at least during the breaks* to have fun with them.

New Socks

A very good friend of mine was in Korea during the entire holidays.
She had a very great time but we missed each other a lot. :o

She brought me souvenirs and I have to show them here:
Aren’t these socks the cutest thing you have ever seen in your entire live?! *__*
I probably will never wear them because they are way too precious for my feet. xD

Reviewer’s copy

While I was on holiday I was sent two more books! That’s so exciting! *___*

My parents had to pick up the books for me which was a bit ‘risky’ because they don’t know anything about my blog and I don’t really want them to know about it. But everything went well. xDD
One of the books is the second part of the ‘Phileasson-Saga’. I have already been sent the first part and I already reviewed it on this blog. [wanna read it? Click HERE]

The other book also is the first book of a fantasy series. The book is called ‘Die Dunkelmagierin’ and it actually sounds pretty interesting. I messed up again because this also is a German book, but I hope that you still are interested in hearing my opinion. :D

Frankenstein

I finished this book on holiday and I actually really enjoyed reading it. ^^

A review is about to be uploaded. :D

Thanks for reading this post. Look forward to two new reviews which are going to be uploaded this week.

Thanks for dropping by,
hugs

recoSUNDAYtion #5

Hello everyone,

When you read this on Sunday I currently am in Amsterdam with my aunt, my uncle and my cousin.

I assume that I won't have any internet there and that's why I already typed this post on Wednesday [at 3am in the night, so sorry for every mistake... xD]

This post is going to be very. very short again... I am so sorry...
Next week I will be home again and I will write a longer post with more pictures and everything, I promise! <3

again: Easter Holidays
I am sorry to bother you with this topic again but holidays are such a nice thing, how could you ever be in a bad mood during the holidays?!

again: Travelling
I am sorry to mention this again too, but I went to my aunt this Monday by train...
it was so great, I had such a nice time!

*There is one thing I want to tell you about this train ride...
I had to change very often but with one train I would go for three hours and because this is very long I decided that it would be worth to turn on my laptop and write a new review for this blog...

OMG, you don't believe how cool I felt sitting between all those important looking businessmen with my laptop on my knees writing something IN ENGLISH.

I felt so cool, important and adult that I didn't really write anything at all, but I still had a very, very great time. xDD
I bet that literally not a single person in this train cared. but I did and that's all that all that matters. xDD*

*If I tell you this I also have to tell you that I got off the train at the wrong station because I only paid attention to my laptop and I had my headphones in... I a fail, I know... xDD*

Nice Guys
This isn't really a secret tip either, this doesn't even is new...
It actually is from 2011 and it has over 70 million clicks on YouTube,... xD

Maybe you arent't one of those 70 million people and this is new to you. :D

Well, this is a song by 'Nigahiga'. He is a very famous YouTuber [19 million subscribers] and he mostly films comedy videos...

I haven't really watched any of his videos, BUT I love 'Nice Guys', so maybe I should. :3
Honestly, I currently listen to this song 24/7. xD

In case you now have become a bit curios and you want to watch the video, I will link it here. ↙

Sooo, as I already said, next week's post is going to be longer, with more pictures, just better than this one. <3

Hugs and Happy Easter to all of you!

recoSUNDAYtion #4

Hello everyone,

I am currently visiting a friend of mine, so this post is going to be a bit shorter than the previous ones.
I hope you still enjoy it. :D

Easter Holidays
I know, I already mentioned this in the last recoSUNDAYtion Post, but I have to mention it again because holidays just are the best! xD

You have time to meet friends, read, watch films and series, or you can do nothing at all what also is very nice from time to time. :D

Shopping
I went shopping this week .
I am not that much in love with going shopping like other girls are, but from time to time shopping is really nice. xD

Whether I enjoy shopping or not always depends on what I have to buy...
I HATE buying shoes and long trousers. It is the worst, I would be so glad if I could just buy the same pair of trouser and the same pair of shoes a hundred times and never change them!
Buying tops in contrary is very great and I could do this for hours. xD

It was the first time I went shopping this year, so I bought very, very much. xDD

Travelling
I love travelling so much.
Not only the holiday itself, but also [and sometimes even more] going on holiday is such a great thing, I love it!

Going by train is so nice, I would gladly only move by train for the rest of my entire live. xD

I went to my friend by train and on Monday and I will go to my aunt by train too, I am so excited! ^^
My friend is so nice and we are having such a great time, I don't want to leave!!!

She lives in a very, very, very small town and whenever you want to do anything here you have to go by car for minimum half an hour!
I am not used to this because I live in a bigger town and I can go everywhere easily by train or by bus. I now am able to appreciate that a bit more. xDD

So, this was it and as I said, sorry that this one is so short…
Hugs

recoSUNDAYtion #3

Hello everyone :D

At the beginning of this week I didn’t think that I would be able to write any positive things down here on Sunday because I had a car accident on Tuesday. :c

Don’t worry, nobody got hurt accept for my neighbour’s fence. :o
Now, that some time has passed, I am able to name some positive aspects though. :3

Easter Holidays
Yayyyyy, this Friday was the last school day before my Easter holidays!

Two weeks without having to go to school… that sounds so good!

I have about ten blog post topics to write about and I look forward to doing this! <3
I also am going to visit a friend of mine this week and after that I will go to Amsterdam with my aunt, my uncle and my cousin. I am so happy! :D

New Bookshelf

I already mentioned this in my last ‘receSUNDAYtion’ post…
My old bookshelf was way too small, so my dad built a new one for me…

He finished it on Thursday and I spent my entire Friday filling it with all my books and decorating it.

I wanted to have a black bookshelf. My father hated it and he first didn’t want to do it, but later I convinced him to do it…

But now even he has to admit that it looks pretty snazzy. :3

I actually loved decorating the bookshelf a lot so maybe I will arrange it new more often in the future. ^^
that's how my room looked like while I decorated my shelf. xD

Cyprien
This isn’t really an insider’s tip because he is the most famous French YouTuber, but I think that he isn’t that well-known in other countries…
I ‘discovered’ his YouTube Channel and I absolutely love it!

His videos have such a high quality, he must take ages for filming and editing them. I love it and I now am in the process of watching all of his video.

He doesn’t have that many videos compared to other YouTubers [about 100] so it won’t take that long. :D

He also filmed two short films, he produced his own comic and he has many, many more projects in progress. He is such a creative all-rounder, I always admire those people! ^^

At least all his new videos are subbed, so please give them a try, they are amazing! :D

I am going to link his newest video down here. ↙

Two new BlogPosts
Another thing which brightened up my week was publishing two new reviews here.

I didn’t have any time to write blogposts the last two weeks and I always forget how much fun this makes when I don’t publish anything for so long! *___*

If you haven' read them I will link the two of them here:

Dark Shadows
This is a film I watched this week.
It is very good, so if you need a good film to watch, give it a try.

I will write a complete review about this in the future, so you also can wait for it to come. :D

This turned out to be longer than I first thought. Nice.
Have a nice rest-weekend and if you also have holidays now: enjoy them!

Give some of the things I named here a try and write me if you liked them too.
Hugs and sunny greetings from
Leonie

recoSUNDAYtion #2

Hello everyone. :D

This only is my second ‘recoSUNDAYtion’ and I already had to think very hard for finding a single good thing to say about this week… :o
I currently have a very, very stressful time in school and I argued with my parents a lot this week and they currently don’t talk with me.

But exactly during ‘bad times’ *I’m indulging in histrionics here… it is not that bad… I just really, really look forward to the holidays. xDD* like this I want to brighten up your day with these posts. ^^
But for this reason today’s post doesn’t contain that many points; next week’s post is going to be a lot better, I promise. :D

New book-Shelf
Yeah, that’s a thing. :D

I am in love with the bookshelf I currently have, BUT it is way too small. I don’t have any space for new books and the old ones already are stacking up on top of each other.

My dad really is into building things on his own, so he insists on not buying a new shelf but to build one on his own. xD
Last week we bought the wood and he started cropping the boards this week.

I am so excited for it to be ready! *___*
As soon as it is ready I immediately will show you a picture of it!

Visited my granny
I know this one is nothing special…

But when I argued with my parents this week I 'escaped' and I slept over at my grandparents.
I haven’t been there in like forever and if so, I always forget how amazing it is there.

We just play cards, laugh about the people on the TV or we cook together.
I always have such a great time!

If you don’t like your grand-parents this advice is shitty, but if you still have grand-parents and you haven’t visited them in a while take your phone and call then NOW and tell them that you love them and you want to come over. <3 [If they live far away still call them and just leave the ‘coming over’ part out. xD

Chicken Song
This is even dumper than the previous one… xDDD
This song is very, very stupid but I listened to it so often during the past week and it just made my days.

This song is about a Japanese who owns a ninja chicken who attacks bad people… and the Japanese guy is able to yodel…

As you might realize, high quality content… not…

I am going to link it down here, so that you directly can listen to it and maybe get as hyped as I got. xD

So, that’s it for this week.
See you again next Sunday with a new *and better and longer* recoSUNDAYtion or earlier with a new review…

I currently have a pile of six books, films and series ready to be reviewed, so as soon as I have holidays many, many reviews are about to be uploaded here.

Hugs and thanks for dropping by,
Leonie

PS:
There is one last thing I want to say:
'WHY DO WE STILL HAVE THE 'CLOCK CHANGE'?!?'
*This probably is wrong and you don't say it like that in English, but I currently am too angry and tired and I have too little time for looking it up properly. :o
I hope you understand what I try to say though and that you agree with my not very positive, opinion. xD

recoSUNDAYtion

Hello everyone. :D

With this I want to start a new "series".
I want to publish a post like this every Sunday from now on.

With these posts I just want to show you what I especially enjoyed the previous week, what cheered me up or just entertained me.

To sum up:
What made my week a better week!

Many people tend to forget the positive things which happen to them and just remember the negative ones. :o
So with that series I just want to spread some good vibes to everyone who reads this. And maybe give you some inspiration [recommendations; that’s why the name] for things to improve your days with. :D

*Please don't think because of the fact that I only show good things here, that I am one of these persons who always are happy... because I am not.
I also have my bad days [or weeks xD] and sometimes I just ‘fall into a deep hole of a bad mood’ and I can’t climb out of it for hours. During this time I am not able to do anything but to stare at my wall and think about my live and how the world is going… *I thought about writing a post about this… maybe in the future*

BUT I really am a person who appreciates the small good things in live a lot. <3*

I have thought of many, many different topics to write about here, so I can't really say what the content is going to be like. ^^
[I still want to "warn" you, that it isn't going to be bookish content; just literally everything that comes to my mind. xD]

I also don't want to determine a special extent for these posts. It always is very stressing for me when I feel the pressure to having to write a special amount of words about a topic that I might not have that much to say about...

I am really looking forward to writing these weekly posts in addition to my normal ones. ^^

This first posts actual content includes the good things that happened this week and the one before because I already wrote this post last week but I didn’t have any time to correct the language mistakes and I really didn’t want to post the freakin’ fist post of this ‘Sunday-series’ on Monday. xD

Divide

I am sorry for this one...
I know that I already wrote a whole blog post about this topic, but I have to mention this though because I listened to this album literally a hundred times now and it cheered me up so many times! xD

It is amazing and lovely and, and, and. xD

Trailer 'Deadpool 2'

The first 'Deadpool' film is so good.
It exactly matches my sense of humour. :D

Sarcastic. Stupid. Sexual.

The second film seems to have the exact same humour, so I am looking forward to watching it! * _____ *

I am going to put the trailer down here so, if you haven't seen it yet, you can do it now. ↙

I was in the bookshop!

I haven’t been to the bookshop just for looking around without having to hurry in like forever so I enjoyed this visit even more. :D

I bought a book for school, one for my private ‘usage’ and I also got excerpts of two very good sounding books.

Spring is coming!

I don’t know what the weather is like where you guys all come from, but here it is getting warmer and it really seems like spring is about to come.

As I already explained in my ‘winter’ post; I really love winter and I don’t really am a very big fan of spring… BUT literally everyone is in a good mood when it gets warmer and I really love that! ^^

My first reviewer’s copy arrived!

As I found the note in my post box, I was so happy and I couldn’t hold myself from stupidly smiling all the time!

The note said that I could pick up the book at my towns post office…
Leonie directly went there feeling as excited as she has never been in her entire live… and then…

Fail, the package was going to arrive the next day… it also said so on the note… I probably should have read it more careful… xD

Well, the next day I directly went there again and proudly took my first reviewer’s copy home with me. :D
I’m like 99 percent sure that I am going to love this book because I already have read half through it when being at the library sooner this year. I just didn’t have enough money to buy it back then. xD

I am really looking forward to reading it.
I will hurry doing so, so that I can publish its review here as soon as I can.

[I just realized that I didn’t tell you the books name… stupid me. This probably is the only information you guys would have been interested in… xDDD

It is the first part of the ‘Phileasson-Saga’ by Bernhard Hennen.

I just realized that it a German book which hasn’t been translated to English [yet]. xD
I am still going to write a review about it so that all of you who come from Germany, or are able to speak German can be helped whether to buy it or not and so that all of you who aren’t able to speak this language know what to expect if it ever is translated into your tongue.

So, that's it for this week.
I hope that you guys enjoy this new "thing" and come back here the next week. :3

Hugs,
Leonie
